I am currently in a four-year joint venture with Tattletale Portable Alarm Systems, Inc., producer of the world’s first portable security alarm system. The totally wireless units provide virtually instantaneous notifications via GSM cellular networks.

What started out as a pure marketing experiment has turned into one of the most popular sites on the ‘net for teachers, home schoolers, and children. PaperToys.com was voted one of the world’s top 50 sites by TIME Magazine in 2007 and has been featured in the New York Times and the Times of London. A Chinese language version, PaperToyGift.com, was launched in November, 2009.

After a 15-year stint in the oil industry as a drilling fluids engineer, I decided to leverage that knowledge and to produce a product that reduces total well drilling costs by at least 8%. That product was introduced at the 2008 International Association of Drilling Contractor’s Conference, and has since proven itself, not only in oil well drilling but in pipeline drilling as well.
